ik heb vorig jaar adobe photoshop gekocht en sinds vandaag geeft hij aan dat ik mijn serienummer moet invoeren die staat ook in mijn account maar als ik dat doe geeft hij aan je hebt geen internet verbinding terwijl ik dat gewoon heb. iemand een idee hoe dat kan

What version of Photoshop is it, and where did you get it?

You should just have to sign in to the Creative Cloud.

It sounds like it may not be Genuine Adobe software.

@Bianca38557213t02a Adobe has not had Serial Numbers in Photoshop since 2014.

Photoshop or Photoshop Elements?
Photoshop Elements has serial numbers.  Photoshop doesn't.

Have you used software since last year? Could you share the content of Help > System Info?
