Set Frame Duration to Milliseconds in Timeline Animations

Is it possible to set frame duration to milliseconds when creating animations in the timeline panel? It defaults to seconds or greater, and I can't see a way to set frame duration shorter than 0.01 seconds.

For a more accurate way to handle the animation, it is better in timeline mode. Then you can use frames per second.

Is it possible to change the duration of individual frames in video timeline, not just change the overall frame rate? Just explored the video timeline myself and read a bit online and haven't found a way.
