Settings How to see my psd image

I am not new to Adobe Photoshop, but I am new to Adobe Photoshop Creative Cloud. I have made some minor edits to my image and I have saved it as a psd file. However, when I go the folder to view all my images, I can not SEE the psd image. It only shows the Photoshop logo. How do I CHANGE this so that I can see the changes I have made to the original image?

    Hi

You can open the picture in Photoshop as the PSD file can be opened in Photoshop

Then you can save the picture again in any other format like jpeg and ca open on Windows

Peru Bob’s suggestion is probably exactly what you‘re looking for. One other option would be Adobe Bridge for file browsing, in place of, or in addition to, Windows Explorer.
