Several Blending Modes not available after update

I am running Photoshop v 25 and just updated to Camera Raw v 16 and Lightroom 7 (Windows 11) Now in the Layers panel, several Blending Modes are not available. They are visible but fainter and not able to be selected (see photo). It is the same under Layer >> Layer Styles. Have I missed something?

Most filters only work in RGB and 8-bit mode. Can you check both and tell us what you have?

I hadn't noticed that my image was 32-bit, problem solved, thank you!
