Correct answer Trevor.Dennis

I was not sure this would work, as they are not reflections, but it got you are good part of the way there.

Open the Camera RAW filter

click on the Remove tab (eraser icon top right)

Click on Reflections, and check Apply.

If you have this as a RAW file, then I think it will work even better (Note: I do not know for sure it works with RAW files)

The people are pretty dark, so I copied the layer and used Remove background so just the people were showing.

I set that layer to Screen, which is a bit OTT so I reduced layer opacity to 50%

That got us close, but still some slightly bright streaks — especially on the young lady's hair.

So I created a copy merged layer at the top of the stack (Shift Ctrl Alt E)

and used the Remove tool to fix them best that I could

And because Nano Banana and Flux Kontext Pro went live today, I did Select All (Ctrl A)

and used the prompt, 'Place the two people on top of a snowy mountain'. (Flux Kontext Pro)

It aint you, but it is close, and the stance and clothing is amazingly close.
