Share function problem

Hello!

I have such a problem with PS CC.

The "Share" function does not work. Both the button and the command from the "File" menu have the effect that the "Share" window appears for a moment (as in the screen), but after a second it disappears and nothing happens.
Have any of you encountered such a problem? I will be grateful for tips on how to solve this.

 

I tried the 2019 version and the same.

 

Currently: Photoshop CC 22.0.0, Windows 10.
