Shared review link comment notifications go to a 404 page

New Here ,
Aug 14, 2024 Aug 14, 2024

The initial share for review link (viewable by anyone) is received by all and they can successfully view and make comments. When a comment is returned and the notification is recieved most non adobe recipients click on the email link and are taken to an error 404 page. Some are able to remedy by removing the question mark at the end of the url.

Hey, @mikamaral22. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll need specific info to help you figure this out.

Does this happen with all the documents? Do you have a specific set/series of steps that trigger this behavior?

Does 'non adobe recipients' refer to people in your network who do not have an account, or active subscription?

Please send the email accounts & the link to the original document, along with the link that leads to the error 404 page via direct message.

Thanks!

Sameer K

Hello and thanks for getting back to me on this.

Does this happen with all the documents? Do you have a specific set/series of steps that trigger this behavior?

The original invitation works fine and brings the recipient to the link proof without an issue.

When the email comes back with comments and they click view replies they get the 404 error.

Please send the email accounts & the link to the original document, along with the link that leads to the error 404 page via direct message.

c.lantz@osjl.com is one and there are more.

No matter what the comment or review link sent afterwards is, it goes to a 404.

They all have free adobe accounts but not creative cloud accounts.
