Is there a way to share custom PS workspaces between computers (i.e. Desktop & Laptop)

See if this helps. Prefs for macOS are at the top; Windows starts halfway down. Directions are given for displaying hidden folders.

Thanks, but I'm using the latest version of PS on a Mac - the directory
structure in the video isn't even close.

You're welcome, @Alan Grate . One other thing to mention is that if you update a workspace on one computer, it will not update on the other. You can AirDrop the file and put it in the correct place on the "other" computer, replacing the previous.
