Where exactly? You want to share on social media or with collaborators? You have Share button in the top right corner, by the way.

I got the answer from Adobe, actually, Quick Share is gone.

The new way of doing it is this: "You can now email or share your creations to several services directly from within Photoshop. When you share a document by email, Photoshop sends out the original document (.psd file). For certain services and social media channels, Photoshop automatically converts the document to the JPEG format before sharing.
Do the following:
icon in the options bar."
The problem is there is no Share button under File as they suggest. The Share button you mention only lets you share if you save it as a Cloud document. Kind of a useless feature. It doesn't really let you share it anywhere. It just shares it's cloud location. You can NOT share to Photos or any social media, etc.
So basically, my problem is there is no Share button under File as they (Adobe) suggest.

I can confirm 23.3.2 version for Windows does not contain Share in File menu.
