Sharpen for Monitor Option in new PS version

I am not a power user by any means and when the latest version of PS updated I seemed to have enabled a "sharpen for monitor" feature that makes the files very noisy by default. I can't figure out how to turn that off. I use the Sharpen4Web plug in, and those final images continue to look good. But the default sharpening when opening a file from Bridge is not helpful at all.

I think that that output sharpen for displays screen monitor whatever is in ACR  preferences and there is also an amount of sharpen in ACR detail.  I normally uncheck output  sharping ins ACR  take the Adobe default  25 amount setting as a default. Output sharpening will be done when I save my output.  Using  ACR, or Neat Image  or Photoshop.
