shift (ctrl, alt) + move tool makes PS freeze

Question

I experienced this weird condition this week and makes me totally crazy. I can't move layer horizontally or vertically with shift + move tool, I can't copy layer by alt+move. PS will freezed immediatley. This happened on CS6, CC2019 and also CC2020 no matter whether I am working in office or at home . Strange , right ?
Please help me, thanks !

You list one machine and three version of  Photoshop and you show some preferences in  Photoshop 21.2 that show you have the problem many are having with 21.2 not detecting their GPU.  That would not explain why you are having problems in CS6 and CC 2019. Adobe code in those PS versions  detect  GPU well.  I'm running Windows 10 Pro version 2004 and do not have  any of your problems in CS6, CC 2019 or 21.2.
