Hello everyone!
Well, I was working in some design and I was trying to apply a depth extrusion using the shortcut, but everytime I pressed the keys, it was just moving and not duplicating.
I don't know if I'm doing something wrong here, but I'll appreciate if you guys can gimme some North.
Thanks in advance!
Peace!

Try with a preference reset, that is a general advice for all things weird in Photoshop.

Another thing to check is whether Alt is functioning properly. Alt is duplicating in Ctrl + Alt + T and Shift + Ctrl + Alt + T.
If you tried both suggestions above, then capture a screenshot with the Layers panel visible so that someone may get a clue on what's wrong.

This video shows the fix: https://youtu.be/GMOPuTnbWB4?si=Cz1QzCKPzDCImyVx
• Duplicate the desired smart object layer.
• Rasterize the duplicated smart object layer.
• Press Cmd/Ctrl + T and apply your desired transformation.
• Press Enter to confirm the transformation.
• Use Ctrl + Shift + Alt + T (Transform Again with Duplicate) to check if the transformation works as intended.
• Delete the rasterized layers.
• Use Ctrl + Shift + Alt + T (Transform Again with Duplicate) on the original smart object layer, and it should now work properly.
