Show my Adobe plan and expiry

Hi, I'd like to see when my plan expires. If I go to https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-plan.html there is a link https://account.adobe.com/plans?promoid=85665QB7&mv=other but it goes to an empty page, I clicked 5 minutes ago and it's still not loading.

Is there another way to check?

If I click through from the CC app to "my account" again the page is not loading

I tested my Internet connection, it's running at 265Mbit so that’s not the issue

Hi Neil,

I was just now able to sign in at https://account.adobe.com/plans and see my plan information. Did you try another browser?

(FIY, anything from the ? onward in the URL is tracking info, so I deleted it.)

@jane-e thanks, its very helpful that you tested it.

The link would still not open in Brave (a chrome based browser), but I opened Firefox and deleted the cache and then it opened. I was sure I'd already tried that but thnks for the prompt.

You're welcome Neil, and I'm glad using a different browser worked for you. I have four browsers installed and only use the fourth when the other three don't work for whatever reason.
