Side tabes width

With the new photoshop when the full workspaces width is made smaller on the screen the tabs now do not get smaller as well. Is there a way to change that so that the same ratio is kept.

Hi,

The minimum width of each panel is fixed and will not be narrower.
Among them, the minimum width is determined by “Learn Panel”.
Is that monitor 1360x768? Close the “Learn Panel” because it is a small monitor.
Create your own workspace with panels that you use frequently.
