Sky Replacement not complete

I have outdoor concert photos where Sky Replacement doesn't select all of the sky due to structural beams in the foreground separating the sky.  The sky in some of my photos were blown out and I can't bring them out in LR so I tried Sky Replacement in Photoshop.  I'm a novice when it comes to Photoshop & Lightroom.  I can do minor things but no where close to where I would like to be.  So describe your answers appropriately.  Thanks so much in advance.

    Please post some example images, open them in Photoshop and show us result of sky replacement. Take screenshot of entire window then post here.

    This is from Photoshop using Sky Replacement.

     

    This is same picture from Lightroom using a Mask sky selection.

    Both failed to select the sky on her right side.

     

    Lightroom Mask didn't pick up sky on left.

     

    Photoshop Sky Replacement didn't pick up the middle and left part of the sky. 

    I updated to the latest version of Photoshop yesterday and noticed that the small window below the picture now appears when I bring in a picture.  Not sure where this was before or if it is something new.  I see that it can be moved but was it to the right somewhere or is it new.   I know this is offpoint but when they move things around it gets confusing.

    I am testing with 25.0.0 version, it does exactly same thing with first image, it picks only left side of the image. I can guess why but I can not provide quick solution beside to apply sky replacement then to delete mask and create new, more accurate mask using some selection method you are familiar with.
