Great Sky Replacement tool, and it works well. Does anyone know if there is any way to create mirror reflections of new clouds in a body of water?

Thank you, JJMack,
I tried out your proposal and it works fine, except for the direction of the mirrored clouds. When I try to flip them in the opposite direction, the clouds in the sky flip also. I am using the Transform tool. Attached is screenshot of what I have done.
