Slice Tool help (Photoshop)

Question

Looking to slice a panoramic collage. I know how to do that part...! THE PROBLEM PART IS ..... VIDEO.

The image is 4320 X 1350 and i'm slicing to 4 to upload to instagram.

I am looking to experiment with adding moving image to the collage. To the point the 'slice' may go through the video (so to speak). Is there a way to render the video whilst slicing the image? Then exporting (Web, Legacy) as you would a still panoramic.

Any advice would be appreciated.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
