Slices not showing up when exporting for web & touch gestures

Hi,

2 issues on a Mac OS here.

1. Export for web in slices
I'm working on some artwork and have created slices on it, however, when I tried to export in slices (for web), the artwork doesn't show up and instead, I get a blank box with some fuzzy small boxes at the top left corner of the banner.

Previously when I exported another artwork in slices, I didn't have any issues and it exported all correctly. I've un-installed and re-installed the software but still doesn't work. Quitting and coming back didn't seem to solve the issue either. My scratch disk still have about 713 GB of space, so I doubt that is the issue as well.

*I am unable to show the actual artwork (before exporting) as it is a company-related work.

2. Touch gestures

I've enabled the touch gestures in the preference but it seems that I am able to pan/scroll with my multi-touch gesture when trying to pan/scroll a landscape banner that is long. Previously I didn't have this issue. Currently when I do that gesture, the scroll bars on the vertical and horizontal axis moves accordingly and not the artwork.

Does that mean I have to go back down 1 version update of Photoshop 22.1 (which I am currently using)?
