Slow

My photoshop has started acting weird. It's slow, when I open a file, the home page is still in the background...I don't even know hoe to describe it. AI works perfectly fine. I did all the trouble shooting I could. I just don't know why or how on this. I added a video so you can see what I mean.

Here are some things I'd try:

• restart your computer
• try resetting Photoshop's preferences https://www.howtogeek.com/724968/how-to-reset-adobe-photoshop-preferences/ 
• update your video card driver (and possibly the Operating System)

That is odd.

Have you tried seeing if there is a new update for your computer's operating system?

I have the same problem. Before the update, photoshop fonction corectly but now i can't work anymore.

I restart my computer but nothing change 😞
