Why Smart Blur is grey out in last version of Photoshop

Apparently that's an 8-bit filter that won't work on 16 bit data. There are still a few left.

Exactly, that's the reason, I've just discovered it minutes before
receiving your answer. I really appreciate your concern in giving this
response. But, the singular thing is that I know very well that there are
many filters that do not work in 16bit, what I did not know was that my own
file was in 16bit, and that is so because another person used my Notebook
and left Camera Raw giving Photoshop 16bit files and not 8-bit, something
that I was not aware of.

Keep you being the fine person I have experienced through this consult.
