Before I was able to select all frames, covert them to smart filter, and apply whichever filter I wanted. This would then apply to all of the frames, and so my gif would essentially have all of the same effects. Up until yesterday, I began having trouble. The smart filter would only apply to one frame. Could it be anything I pressed? Is there any way to fix this?
I'm have the same problem. I followed your last instructions and the gif still converted to one layer. Would you mind listing step-by-step instructions on how to do this? I must missing a step of not doing them in the correct order. I recently got Photoshop and I still can do this after spending hours looking tutorials. I would appreciate your help. I am using a Mac. Thanks.
