Smart filters won't re enable after Free Transform.

Hello everyone and thanks for reading, decided to make an account on here for any issues instead of slugging through every option usually to no progression.
Just started a new job involved with basic graphics so will more than likely be on here regularly.

My issue is when I use smart filters, free transform the shape then hit enter which should re enable the filter nothing comes back. Iv clicked disable and re enable and still nothing.
As per the picture below you can see the filters are visible and activated.

Any idea?

When Smart Filters are applied to a Smart Object and one transforms the Smart Object they are re-applied.

You could convert the SO with the applied Filters to a SO before rotating it.

The effect of »Wind« is horizontal if I remember correctly, so what do you expect the Filter to do for of a white horizontal bar on a black background?

The line was originally vertical when I added the effects, I then rotated the line horizontally.
Do the smart filters not move with the shape?
