Smart Object not opening in Illustrator

Hi guys, I recently updated my Photoshop and Illustrator to CC 2019 and Mac to Catalina. When I copy paste a Smart Object from Illustrator to Photoshop and double click the layer so that it can open on Illustrator to edit it i'm getting:

" This item isn’t directly editable in Photoshop, but it can be placed in a document. To place the item, drag it into an open document."

Illustrator is telling me "To use CC Libraries, you need to be logged into your CC acount" in the Libraries Panel, so it's not loading the Smart Objects, and in Photoshop the Libraries Panel aren't showing any Smart Object after i updated my system as well.

Any idea how to fix this? Thanks

Hi. Photoshop has some problems with disk access in Catalina. Try this: System preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Full disk access, add Photoshop.

For your Libraries issue, you can try uninstalling and installing again the Creative Cloud desktop app.

How do i relink it to library graphic if it was already embedded and not a physical file saved somewhere?
