Smoothing out edges

Howdy Folks,

Hope y'all are well!

I've searched the forum for a solution to this, but haven't found anything that's worked for my image. Trying to smooth out the edges of these images but I'm having no luck. Tried using the smooth tool in Illustrator and blurring in Photoshop.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is that the original image? 

The Filter Median can be used to address at least some of the issues, though certain elements like corners may need manual amendation.
