Is there a way to make Photoshop do this? When I spot dust and scratches out of a scanned photo I like to work magnified and starting in the upper left hand corner. Normally I need to navigate to this with the hand tool. Would be nice if there was a shrotcut key for it.

Use the Home or End keys on your keyboard.

Move view to upper-left corner (Home) or lower-right corner (End)

On a MacBook use

Home	Command-Left Arrow or Fn–Left Arrow

End	Command-Right Arrow or Fn–Right Arrow

In case this is useful to you, the Home/End/Page Up/Page Down shortcuts also work in Camera Raw, Lightroom, and Lightroom Classic.

For retouching zoomed in, I use:

Home for top left corner

End for bottom right corner

Scroll up 1 screen page up

Scroll down 1 screen page down

Scroll right 1 screen ctrl/cmd pg down

Sroll left 1 screen ctrl/cmd pg up
