how do you save more than one snapshot for a pic on photoshp

    Of course when you close the file, you lose your History and Snapshots, so my advice is to use File > Save As... to preserve that snapshot. There still won't be any History, but you can go back to a particular stage in your file.

    My advice is also use the History log which can be used to keep a detailed account of your edits. Edit > Preferences > History Log to set it up.
