Drawn a path shown in the figure. Wanted to fill colour, used fill subpath. Open path creates problem which is shown in the figure 2 with red mark. Any solution for such
problems with open path.

Still at it, eh?
And no, that the Path is open is not the problem, if you close it the issue persists.
This is basic Path behaviour in Photoshop.
I think Illustrator treats Path-self-overlaps differently, so you could try there and place the object as a Smart Object in Photoshop if necessary.

If you force a »Merge Path Components« Photoshop will create pathPoints at the intersection and you can delete the points that form the overlap.
Why do you use »Fill Path« anyway and don’t create a Shape Layer?

Dont get the terminology. It would be kind help if you send step wise screen shot or make small video for different procedure avoiding such problem.

No reason not to use Vector Masks in my opinion; one can always Clipping Mask additional Layers to the Shape Layer or use the Vector Mask on a Group instead of a Solid Colour Layer.
Here are screenshots to illustrate one possible approach (»Merge Path Components«, delete PathPoints etc.):

Illustrator does treat such a path differently; I was able to quickly create such a shape almost like CreativeBee's* simply by stating what fill color and stroke color with the Pen Tool without closing the path:
*OK, stop laughing back there. I didn't say it was exactly like it.
This is why I love Illustrator for this kind of thing.
