Some Photoshop Actions Not Working

I just downloaded some free actions from the internet (thank you at the awesome PixImperfect! ❤️ Even though I cannot use them for now 😂). Well, I believe I am selecting the correct layer but the actions are not working (see screenshot). Tested my other actions and they are working fine.  

 

Does anyone have an answer to this? Thank you in advance for your help!

Actions made elsewhere rarely work as intended. They can easily fail just because Photoshop is set up differently, with a different set of preferences.

    Did you install all the elements properly? 

    The command »Retouch4me Heal« is not a default command, so it may refer to some custom plugin.

      Unfortunately the action connects to a paid plugin retouch4me heal, that's why it doesn't work.
