Dear Adobe Support Team,
I am writing to report an ongoing issue with the Generative Fill feature in Adobe Photoshop.
Whenever I try to use the Generative Fill tool, it repeatedly shows an error message saying “Something went wrong.” Because of this issue, the feature is completely unusable for me, and my work has been severely affected.
This problem has been occurring for quite some time now, and despite multiple attempts, it has not been resolved. Generative Fill is an important part of my workflow, and due to this issue, a lot of my professional work is currently on hold.
I kindly request you to please look into this matter on priority and guide me with a proper solution as soon as possible. I would really appreciate your quick support in resolving this issue.
Looking forward to your response.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
Vishavjeet

We apologize for the inconvenience. This problem may arise due to a temporary service issue or if your Generative credits have been exhausted. You can verify your available credits by logging into your Adobe account and selecting Account from the top-right corner.
You might also consider switching to a different network, such as a mobile hotspot.
Please inform us of the outcome.
Regards,
Srishti

Hi @annadurai5FC0, welcome to the community!
Could you share a few more details, like which version of Photoshop you’re using and whether you’re on a personal or team subscription? As a first step, it often helps to reset Photoshop preferences. Just keep in mind this will remove custom brushes, workspaces, and other settings, so back those up first:

If that doesn’t solve it, could you also share your full System Info? You can find it in Photoshop under Help > System Info. Just copy it into a text file and attach it here, or share it via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or another file-sharing service.
Thanks!
Alek
