    @Nasser30799602s5sj we are not seeing any Ps subscription with the email you are using here, do you have another Adobe ID that you use, maybe you are not logging in with the valid one?

     


    Thanks Cory i solve the issue , I just do use Adobe clean tool and do restart now is download

      Hello Cory , i just sign with my email and try to use beta photoshop and this show up 

      I don't know exactly what is the issue
