I am a new user and I am trying to flip the F1 logo but not a simple horizontal of vertical flip. I want to flip so that the "F" creates a "C" so the final shape will be "parallelogram"ish and not an arrow like .. I hope I am clear ?f1-logo-2017.png

Assuming what's pictured below is what you want to do —

Duplicate the original image (Layer 1) onto a new layer (Layer 1 copy).

Edit > Transform > Flip Vertical and then position Layer 1 copy appropriately.

Edit > Transform > Skew Layer 1 copy. You'll have to play around with the controls a bit to get everything to line up.

Merge the layers if you're happy with what you've got.

Thanks a lot for the tip 🙂 Is there a way to get the lower left curved corner to be identical to the top right curve?

The best option is to redraw the C shape with corner points, then use the rounded corner widget to round them. You will get a much cleaner piece of art by redrawing it.
