Speeding up Neural filters, Photo Restoration

I find that Photo Restoration in Neural Filters is very very slow and would like to know if upgrading my GPU from  GeForce GTX 1660 improve this.
I've looked at some GPUs and think the MSI GeForce RTX 4070 VENTUS 3X 12G OC is good but very expensive unless it saves a lot of time. Perhaps it is overkill.
Does anyone know what difference this might make to my processing?
Or is there a website which you could point me to? 
What is Adobe's current 2025 GPU recommendation for Windows PC?
