I do not want that stupid women picture when Ps start up - what to do? How to remove or to change please?

Add -nosplash as a command-line argument to the EXE.

    The -NoSplash is a command line argument of the EXE.


    The command-line arguments for the EXE are specified in the LNK shortcut file that references the EXE.
