Spot healing menu - what are these buttons at the top??

Hi, I've been searching like crazy, but can't find this info anywhere. When I select the spot healing brush, there is a menu at the top that has buttons which have replaced the (much simpler, much more practical, why on earth do they make these changes) guidelines for proximity match, create texture, and so on. Can somebody tell me which is which?? I'd very much appreciate it!

    Hi

    To get the image attach button you have to use the blue reply button next to your first post

    But , I'm going to take a guess and say go to Preferences > Workspace and uncheck "Enable Narrow Options Bar". Then close and restart Photoshop to change the options bar from this

    to this

        Have you tried using the »Insert Photos«-button to post a screenshot?

        Good grief - and where is this bar?? I'm typing now, and all that's offered is Like, Translate, Report and Follow.

          Hi, what buttons do you mean? In the latest version of Photoshop I see three buttons called Content Aware, Create Texture and Proximity Match. It looks pretty straightforward to me.

          I can't seem to upload or copy/paste anything here. At the top it says Mode: Normal and Type: (and then there are 4 buttons). First button has arrows crossing. Any idea?
