Spot Healing Tool not working correctly

My spot healing tool is not working correctly since the last upgrade. I have done a tool reset and the problem persists. In use, the tool flies off diagonally to the left.

Thank you very much for your advice, I am on windows 7 and I have now rolled back to the previous version of photoshop and all is well. Will upgrade again when the bug is fixed. Will also be changinging to Windows 10 shortly.  Many thanks, John
