start a tutorial for Photoshop

Hello everyone,
when I click the link for a tutorial (start now) or copy it into the browser, nothing happens except that the browser downloads the installation file. It doesn't matter whether I'm opening it from Photoshop, an email, or the web interface. Does anyone have a tip for starting a tutorial?

@Fredtic I've come across this before, just double-click on the Photoshop installer file that was download and that should open up the files in Photoshop
