Still can't add to my library for overlays

Okay, so I have been trying for a few days now to find a way to drag/drop or add overlays to a library in Photoshop 2024.  I have an Apple Macbook M1 Max with a 16-inch display.  I use overlays quite a bit when composting an image and it is a pain to have to load them individually by finding the folder each time and the correct overlay.  I have seen these libraries where you can drag and drop but I can't seem to find a solution.  Can someone please help.  Thank you.

I don't know if I understand your question. Is Libraries Panel not working on your Mac or you can't find it?
Open the menu Window -> Libraries and just drag the imagem from you canvas to your Libraries Panel.

The panel is there.  I should be able to drag images from Finder to the library for later use.  Some of the tutorials I have watched show artists doing this regularly.  When I try it won't let me drag the images to the folder.

Hi!

Have you tried opening them in Photoshop and then dragging them from the open window into the Library panel? Does that work?
