Does anyone have any advice on how to open some very old .stn files.  I've tried a few converters on the internet which don't seem to be working... unfortunately medical research moves at a snails pace and i'm still stuck.  Any advice would be gratefully received!

    Do you have any idea what program created them?

    I know Genuine Fractals programs like Perfect Resize or PrintPro, a plugin(s) for photoshop used that file format.
