Stops updating/refreshing image - Photoshop 22.2.0

Every once in an hour or so, image window that I'm woring on stops refreshing. Saving and reopening works, other opened images do not stop refreshing.

I've got the exact same issue, happening in 2023.

 

Photoshop 23.5.5

Windows 10

 

My IT tech swapped the GPU for an RTX 2070, and the problem has persisted with the new card.

Hi

That looks like it could be an issue with your GPU driver, have you tried updating it from the manufacturers website, also try resetting your Photoshop preferences

Hi,

 

Unfortunalty that did not helped.

I've also tried clean reinstall of drivers.
I'm runing GTX 3080, driver version 461.40

If you turn off your GPU acceleration (Use Graphics Procesor) in Preferences/Performance does the issue persist?

 

If it doesn't - it's an issue with your graphics card. The latest Photoshop has higher requirements for GPU/graphics cards. You can check yours here:

Yea... well I hope RTX 3080 fits these higher requirements 🙂 there are no much better GPU's in the market right now, if you can get hands on them at all...
