strange hover shadow from photoshop tools on main display monitor

Hello, I recently purchased a new 2nd monitor and a cintiq 24 pro.
when I am drawing on my cintiq and using my 2nd monitor as duplicate of cintiq's view.

my main monitor keeps having this hover replica of my photoshop tools.
I have 2 monitors and used the extend window option.
anyone figure out to get rid of this effect?

btw I should mention my main monitor is only 1920x1080
while my 2nd monitor is 4-k.

Reset your workspace your tool bar and palettte have been moved, the are not docked to Photoshop Window frame.

sorry but what do you mean by reset?
did you look at the picture I provided? I can clearly see my toolbar and pallete on the 2nd monitor
but on my 1st monitor, I still see the ghost hover outlining.  I never like docking my tools onto photoshops window.
