Stroke of rectangle shape only showing on some sides

I want to put rectangles around different sections of an image but only some of the sides show up.  The first had one side missing, the second one but a different one, the third three sides missing and the fourth two sides missing.

Just noticed, they all show up in the jpg version BUT I just spent 30 minutes trying to solve the problem and then decided I had to ignore it and move on.

The image you attached shows 4 thin bordered rectangles. The only one with a side missing is the bottom right where it looks like it has been position off the edge of the canvas.
Do you see any difference when you zoom in and out?
