@Bagan5EC3 can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info, hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread

Yes, many times and didn't help. I also have uninstall and install the program numerous times and that didn't help either. I even used the "AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool" and removed everything. Also, anything that I could find in both drives as well as %appdata%, etc.

Presumably, you've tried trashing your Photoshop preferences?
