Stuttering/Lag when mouse crosses rulers / relief found

I am on an _extremely_ fast modern build PC in Photoshop 24.5.0 and Photoshop Beta.

I have any image loaded and i move the mouse cursor from the image, over the rulers into the menu-area. Or i move the mouse cursor from the area of the menu, over the rulers, into the image – the mouse will then lag/stutter, looks like frame rate drop. After a second or two the frame rate becomes smooth and stable again.

If i turn off rulers, the problem is gone.

If i turn ON the preference "Technolog preview > Deactivate native Workarea" then the problem is gone.
