Style Transfer Neural Filters not saving

Would like some advice or ideas... Photoshop appears to "forget" that I downloaded all of the styles. Each time I am working on a file, I must download the particular style I need. When I leave the Style Transfer section of Photoshop, the style I downloaded is gone. If I want to apply it to another or even the same file, I must download it again. I am on a Mac M1, with Monterey 12.5.1 and Photoshop 23.5.0

I have tried deleting the Photoshop Plugin Data and the neural filter loads and stays as it should. I also download all of the individual styles, and at that moment can use them as they are designed. However, when I exit the neural filter Style Transfer, Photoshop "forgets" the styles that I downloaded and I must re-download any that I want to use.

Last point - when I open PluginData, the styles appear to be there - for example, I can see ast-hokusai-1024 and ast-vangogh-2048 which leads me to believe that the styles exist on my Mac.

Any advice would be appreciated.
