So I have a three monitor setup where I use Photoshop on the secondary monitor. However ever since I had to take apart and reassemble my work station, the subcategories for the far left toolbar have been opening on the adjacent, primary monitor of my setup, as opposed to opening within Photoshop on the second monitor. The screen grab below presents the primary monitor on the left and the secondary monitor on the right (with Photoshop occupying the full screen).
My working theory is in Windows 11's Display Settings, it's defining my main display as Monitor #2, my Photoshop monitor as #3, and a little drawing tablet I can underneath #3 as #1. I've tried unhooking the monitors and reconnecting them in order of importance, but Windows so far is not cooperating.
Does anyone have any insights?
Hi. I have the exact same problem after updating to 24.2. My solution was to disattach the toolbar from the program window and take it a little away from the left border. Meanwhile they keep bugging and not fixing this horrendous 2023 release, we've got the make it work ourselves.

It's a known issue with Windows 11 and Adobe are looking into it
