Suite Design and Web Prem CS6 Education : problème réinstallation nouveau PC

Je viens de désactiver la licence sur l'un de mes PC's pour réinstaller la suite Design and Web Prem CS6 Windows French sur mon nouveau PC Dell.
Impossible d'activer ma license sur le nouveau PC 'message indiquant qu'on ne peut pas l'installer sur plus de 2 PC, et quand on désactive un PC, ça ne marche pas'. Jamais je n'ai rencontré un tel problème inadmissible sur une License Education/ Enseignant !

Click the chat icon in the lower right and type "agent" to get a human.

Thank you, but CC (you pay every month of your life) is the worst deceit of the century by Adobe.....And the Suite is not only Photoshop.....

It would be worth you considering upgrading to Photoshop CC to go with your new computer, have a look at the Photography Plan.
