Sun Glare

Could someone instruct me on how to remove the sun glare from this photo? Is it even possible to get the line removed? Any help would be grately appreciated!

This isn't the easiest thing to remove, but it can be done using a variety of retouching tools such as the Clone Stamp, Spot Healing Brush, and Patch Tool.

Yes I would use the healing brush and then fix color with the paint brush set to color mode. Kind of time-consuming but shouldn't be that hard. You can probably find a tutorial online.
