SVG files and video

Can svg files be placed together with video, while exporting the whole document as Export->Render Video? I am somewhat new to Adobe Photoshop and haven't seen any docs that say anything about that..

What do you mean by placing svg files together with video?

When you create a video (in Photoshop) and you export it (render) all you get is just a video file - .mov

Svg is not a video format so you won't get it unless you export an image from Photoshop using Export As... then you can choose Svg as a format.
