System Error MSVCP120.dll

I am trying to open Photoshop after installing however it is coming up with the following error

'The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP120.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.'

I have tried uninstalling then reinstalling again but still comes up with the same error?

Any other suggestions or fixes?
