Tamanho da barra de menus

A minha barra de menus é muito pequena. Tenho dificuldade para lê-la. Já aumentei o tamanho da fonte nas preferências e nada acontece.

Alguém me ajuda a aumentá-la?

If you have a High resolution Display like a 15.6" 4K display that has a 280PPI resolution. Adobe Photoshop UI need to be scaled for it to be useable. Photoshop UI scaling depends on OS versions and Photoshop Version. Mac OS Scaling is different than Windows and Windows and Adobe Photoshop Scaling may have issues. Older windows 10 and other windows version with old Photoshop versions have many issues. A current Windows 10 system and a version of Photoshop version cc 2018 version 19.1 or newer. is required for proper operation.

Did you change the UI Font Size in the Interface section of the Photoshop Preferences? If you did you have to restart Photoshop to see the change.
